Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX)
has on 22 August 2007 announced the new announcement
template on SGXNET for notice of resignation of directors
and key officers. This new resignation template which will
take effect from 1 October 2007 is the first practical
measure to be implemented as a result of the recent study
commissioned by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
and SGX to review the state of corporate governance
practices of SGX-listed companies.

Reminder -
Filing of Financial Statements in XBRL
We refer to our earlier circular on the above subject. Since
then, we have received many requests from clients for
assistance to file their financial statements in the XBRL
format acceptable to ACRA when filing their Annual Returns
(“AR”).
